Another mention was of the use of Neutron bombs in this take over, as these bombs will kill humans and animals and not destroy the buildings, homes or vehicles. These events were likened to the Scorpions from the book of Joel climbing into the houses. The only work these men would have to do is remove the dead bodies from the homes, businesses and vehicles. I assume that they will be far enough away from each city as it is bombed so as not to be affected by these DNA affecting neutrons.
Side note. A Jew, from the Levitical priestly line by the name of Cohen, developed this lethal form of weaponry.
